  • Have you been practicing yoga for a while but would like to learn more and go back to basics?

  • Come along and learn the basics in a fun, friendly environment so you feel confident to join a class.

  • Also ideal for those who have been practising for a while but want to go back to basics

  • You will learn

  • Overview, history and philosophy of the yoga practice, the body-mind connection & principles of how yoga works

  • key physical postures - how to modify them to suit different bodies and aligment principles

  • Overview of the relaxation, mindfulness & meditation aspects of yoga

  • Breathing techniques to help with stress and mental wellbeing

  • what class style might be most suitable for you moving forward
