The online booking system is now fully automated and includes booking and payment. Payment is made through Stipe using credit card details. Once you have set this up, you can save your details for future bookings. Fees apply at 20p per booking plus 1.4%
Buy a class pass for 10 classes using the online system (you pay for 9 - £54) then book 10 ‘class pass tickets’ for the relevant dates. This can be done in one go or at different times until the class pass is used up (within 4 month max). Make a note of the number of classes you have booked (from November the system will automatically tell you how many you have booked on your pass). If you have an existing class pass you can use up this before buying a new one of course!
Whether you chose to book the £6 tickets or a class pass, you should only ‘check out’ once you have put all the dates into the basket. This saves duplicating information and fees. You can cancel and transfer tickets (see rules below) so it will be worth booking all those you think you can do, and changing them if you find you cannot at a later date.
If a class is fully booked you will not be able book onto it but you can join the waiting list which means you will be notified if there is a cancellation and you can chose to book or not at that time. There is a join waiting list button option which is shown when the class is full
You will receive a reminder the day before any classes and you will need to keep a record of the number of classes you have booked and make sure you have booked plenty of sessions in advance to ensure no one else books onto those slots
Cancellations can be made online up to 1 hour before the class (text me if nearer to the class than this) but no refunds or class credits can be made unless I can fill the space. Cancellation online allows for those on the waiting list to be notified there is a space.
To cancel or transfer find your booking email and click through to your booking. Find the date you want to cancel or transfer and click on ticket options. Cancel here or chose transfer choosing the new date from the drop down options
Block booking of a class ensures your space on it. It is essential for block bookers to book all the dates for the block booking class even if you know you can’t make some of them. Make sure you do not leave out any weeks for the continuous period as you have committed to book all the weeks moving forward whether they can make it or not. It may be worth buying a class pass and booking 10 weeks in a row and making a note to do this again half way through to ensure you continue to save your space.
Block bookers who attend more than one class a week can also use the class pass or booking system to book onto different classes at the same time as reserving their block booking- so all the block book sessions and then the drop in sessions they wish to attend at the same time.
If you are a block booker, you cannot transfer the ticket to another future class at the same time you are committed to, but you can transfer it to any other class thats available. Eg changing one week from Tuesday to Thursday or Saturday class.
Cancelling on-line as soon as you know you cannot make a date means that space is freed up and someone can book a drop in class which will result in you getting a space credited to the next booking session and good karma knowing someone else could get the benefit of yoga :-)
Pregnancy and baby yoga is only available as a block booking class per half term of 6 weeks with no cancellation or transfers of individual dates in the block (although i am happy for you to give a session you cannot make to a friend or talk to me about coming to another yoga class in lieu).
