PARENT AND BABY YOGA
Bring the baby, do some yoga for the mums and some moves for the baby (if they're awake!). Design to help post natal body feel good and improve core strength and help with back and shoulder tighness... and of course relax and release.

If you are joining half way through or cannot make some of the sessions contact me. Can't make all the dates? You can gift the session to a friend or come to another class (subject to space) instead. Class will run subject to demand and minumum numbers.

Kids yoga & Craft Workshops

Kids yoga is FUN! We use their imagination, props, games, relaxation and mindfulness activities to make this session great for kids minds, body and soul. Its so good for them to get into yoga early to learn skills for happiness and wellbeing through their life
Cost if £20 payable in advance which includes lunch, drinks and all craft materials. Numbers are limited so booking essential.
you drop off and leave the children so you can get on with your day or join in with the initial hour and then leave the kids or take them with you! Ages 4 (at school) to 12 but we can be flexible, and parents are welcome to stay for the 1st hour and half of yoga only and join in with their child (or do this with younger children or siblings (£7.50 for just yoga). see here for some pictures of what we get up to
