This session starts grounding you into your mat with a nice restorative pose, to let go and feel the breath.Followed by some passive twists into deeper twists, as we unravel tightness and open the muscles and tissues. Then after opening the sides of the body, building core and all over body strength with some side balances and crunches... a little vinyasa. Slow, steady but strong! To leave you feeling happy, energised and open - enjoy! A great one for first thing in the morning or when you are feeling a little sluggish and need a little 'kick start!' at any time of day
