2 hour Acro & Partner Yoga Workshop followed by a 90 minutes Yin Yoga session - do one or both! 

 

Start or continue your Acro journey with this complete beginners workshop. No previous experience needed and no need to bring a partner, we will pair you up. 

 

You will do more than you ever thought you could and go away with a light heart, having worked the body in the best way possible - through PLAY! 

 

This workshop is going to be pitched at those brand new to Acro yoga as well as those with some prior experience, wishing to have fun as additional challenges can be given!   

 

The workshop will feature partner stretches and skills, fun games, basic beginners Acro moves and some Thai massage partner moves to cool down. We will work in a safe and accessible way for all. 

 

We promise you will have FUN and laugh a lot.. it’s a connecting practice full of joy and support and I LOVE IT!

** Partner & Acro Yoga is 2.30-4.30pm and is £25 pp

​

** Yin Yoga is 5-6.30pm and is £12 per person drop in (included in our monthly plan) and available in the studio or online zoom

Sole 2 Soul Yoga, The Yoga Shack, Nether Whitacre B46. We will move to a bigger local hall depending on demand.

 

PRE-REQUISITE

​

You will benefit the most from this workshop if you're able to hold a 10 second plank on the floor. Any major injuries that affect your physical movement, please contact me before booking .
