Typically, we suggest starting with a slower-paced class like Stretch, Relax, Yin, or Wind-down. However, since everyone's situation is unique, reach out to Lisa for free, confidential advice before booking or see more about our classes here . We may have other sessions suitable for your requirements.
For those hesitant to join an in-studio class or living farther away, we offer most of our classes online on zoom and there’s even a complimentary Zoom Trial Class to help you gain confidence and experience our offerings firsthand.
We also offer personal sessions over zoom or in studio which are a great option initially for those who are unsure about joining a class.
