And for a complete chill out there is a hot tub/jacuzzi, sauna and cold plunge pool! all overlooking the beautiful Carmarthen Mountains. It's BLISS and a perfect compliment to yoga!  Massages and other treatments are also available on site for a full on pamper

We even have yoga swings to play with so expect a couple of sessions, one more energising and one total restorative Aerial yoga session

 

What's more with Sole 2 Soul Retreats is you'll have access to experienced teacher Lisa who will guide you through the practices whatever your experience and leave you feeling refreshed and with fresh perspective and vigour.  Lisa's playful style will help you have fun and feel lighthearted at the same time as exploring the deeper philosophy of yoga and the physical practice.
